SPS New England provides environmentally responsible residential and commercial site development services to third party developers. Guided by our belief that unique features such as specimen trees and native fieldstone walls, add appeal and value to property, we develop site plans that preserve existing features that are both important to a community and enhance the natural beauty of the land.

Since 1984, SPS New England has completed all site work on our own projects. Our recent projects include Kensington Place, spacious condominiums for active seniors in Salem, New Hampshire, and Atlantic Breeze, an ocean community of luxurious condominiums in Salisbury, Massachusetts.
